Our Founders
Emma Hackett
Emma has always been drawn to challenge and growth, which led her to study engineering and begin her career in a structured, analytical world. But it didn’t take long for her to realize that what truly lit her up wasn’t the problem-solving—it was the people. She found herself more energized by conversations and fulfilled by connections.
Alongside Addie, Emma co-founded Woven as a space for women to navigate life’s many transitions with honesty, support, and real community.
She brings calm, thoughtfulness, and grounded leadership to the groups she leads—blending structure with compassion and making space for women to show up just as they are.
When she’s not working with the Woven team or holding space for others, she’s with her husband and children—traveling, hosting friends, or simply enjoying the everyday beauty of family life.
Her mission is simple: create space for women to feel clear, calm, and connected—offering steady support and deep understanding through every season of change.
Addie Clark
Addie Clark is a lifelong believer in the power of intentional community, heartfelt conversation, and women supporting women through life’s many seasons. With a background in communication, management, and leadership development, Addie and Emma created Woven as a space where women could grow in love, grace, and confidence together.
She brings years of experience blending structure and soul into every group she leads. Her roots in summer camping taught her the value of rituals, safe spaces, and finding purpose through shared experience. She’s passionate about helping women navigate transitions, deepen friendships, and live more authentically.
When she's not facilitating woven circles or coaching one-on-one, Addie can be found walking with a podcast, dreaming up the next project, or enjoying time with family and nature.
Her mission is simple: to help women feel seen, grounded, and empowered to live with purpose.
